Login Failed - Credentials or Connections?

If you have the below error message, it could be a connection issue - meaning your device is not connecting to the internet to authenticate your credentials; or, it could be the incorrect credentials.

Check Credentials

Check your credentials are typed correctly; ensuring the email address is not misspelled and the password is correct, remembering password is case sensitive.

If resetting the password doesn't solve the issue, it's likely a connection issue.

Connection Issue - The Solution

First step to checking your connection, tun off WiFi and ensure you are connected to a 4G network.

If turning off WiFi doesn't solve the issue, its likely a permissions setting in your device that needs updating.

iPhone

To do this on iPhone: Go to Settings > EvalExpert and allow 'Mobile Data' access by changing the contacts toggle so that the switch is green.

Android

To do this on Android: Go to Settings > Apps (or Application Manager) > Permissions.

Then select the EvalExpert App and allow 'Data' access for the EvalExpert app.

NOTE: To get the most out of EvalExpert, we recommend allowing full permissions for the app - this ensures all features available in the app function correctly.

Still an Issue?

If the above process is not successful - get in touch with the EvalExpert team via the chat function in your App or Web Dashboard.  You will need to log out and log back into the EvalExpert App to update the settings on your device.
