'Account Expired' Message
If your EvalExpert app displays the "Expired" message, it means your user account is not connected to your dealerships account.
The Solution
To rectify this a 'Manager' level user can invite you to join the dealership account using the EvalExpert Web Dashboard, and this will merge your account into the dealerships account. You will need to log out and log back into the EvalExpert App to update the settings on your device.
