PPSR Feature Not Active / Not on PPSR Account

Error with generating a new PPSR; device prompting for payment for a PPSR.

PPSR Feature Not Activated in the EvalExpert App

Generating a PPSR in the App displays a prompt to charge $9.99 from the iTunes (or Relevant App Store). 

Initially log out of the EvalExpert App, then log back in again so your device recognises any account changes performed since the initial setup.

If the issue still persists - Contact us here advising you need to be moved to PPSR on account. Once confirmed your account has been updated, log out and back in again as described above.

PPSR Feature Not Activated on the EvalExpert Web Dashboard

Generating a PPSR in the Web Dashboard displays a message "PPSR's are not active on your account..."
