A Brief Overview of the Web Dashboard
This article covers all pages of the EvalExpert Web Dashboard, including:
Dashboard
The Dashboard will display general statistics for you, your account or all accounts in your group depending on your access level - by default it displays these statistics month-to-date unless you change the date range.
Information displayed on the Web Dashboard statistics page includes:
Brief overview of total evaluations, traded percentage, conquest percentage
Evaluated vehicle metrics including average age, mileage and price
Current unpriced evaluations (for manager level or above users only)
Daily number of evaluations in a graph showing rolling 7 days
Performance statistics for individual users (total evals, traded etc)
Performance statistics for accounts (total evals, traded etc)
Top brands chart showing a breakdown of brands you are evaluating
Dealerships evaluations are displayed month-to-date by default, use the date filter in the top right corner of the Web Dashboard to change this check out the "How To' article on using search and filters here.
New Evaluation
The New Eval page will allow users to complete a new evaluation on the web, similar to completing in the App.
Users can complete a new evaluation on the web by following the below steps:
Enter the vehicle identifier, either a VIN or registration plate (country dependant)
Add vehicle mileage and other details including service history, warranty, finance etc
Add images / photos of the vehicle
Confirm current condition information, including reconditioning and aftermarket
Press "Complete Eval"
Users will be automatically taken to the Evaluations page to view their evaluation

Evaluations
The Evaluations displays an automatically synced feed of all your or your teams - depending on access levels) evaluations, this is shows month-to-date by default.
Users can view a live feed of all their (or their team, access level dependant) evaluations. Some accounts may also be able to view Group Evaluations which is evaluations done outside of your account, but within your group of accounts.
Functions available on the Evaluations page include:
View evaluations
Search and filter for all evaluation history
Edit evaluation details or change vehicle description
Set internal and final prices
View pricing and analysis data for evaluations (requires pricing access)
View vehicle images
Generate and view evaluation documents
Generate PPSR searches for the vehicle (Australia only)
Share evaluations for external pricing
Transfer evaluations between users internally (requires pricing access)
Delete evaluations (requires pricing access)
Add / view customer details
View manufacturer specification
View evaluation history and logs

PPSR (Australia Only)
The PPSR page shows all PPSR certificates generated month-to-date by default (this date range can be changed using the date filter in the top right of the page).
This feature is ONLY available in the Australia version of EvalExpert.
The page will summarise the following information:
Date of search
Name of user who generated the search
Type of vehicle the search was performed on
Registration number of the vehicle (if applicable)
VIN of the vehicle
Summary of interests, stolen or WOV status
Actions available, including search again or view certificate
PPSR Watch indicator (small clock icon) indicates if the certificate is being watched for encumbrance changes within the 14 day watch period
Users can also click the "New PPSR" button to generate a new search using Registration or VIN.
All PPSR searches performed within your account will be available for view by all users within the account, regardless of their access level to perform PPSR searches.

EvalLinks
The EvalLinks page shows all EvalLinks sent to customers month-to-date by default (this date range can be changed using the date filter in the top right of the page).
The page will summarise the following information:
Date EvalLink was sent
Name of user who sent the link
Name of Customer receiving the EvalLink
Completed date which indicates in customer has completed the remote evaluation
Actions available, including resending the link or viewing the completed evaluation
Users can also click the "New Link" button t, enter the customer contact information and press send to send customers an EvalLink to remotely submit an evaluation.
All EvalLinks sent within your account will be available for view by all users within the account, regardless of their access level however, users without access to the evaluation cannot view the completed evaluation.

Reporting
The reporting page requires Manager level or above access, it allows users to generate advanced reporting of evaluation data in their account.
Functions available on the Reporting page include:
Custom select evaluation or customer data fields to add to report
Custom select the date range for your report
Add filters to your data prior to generating the report
Function to save custom built reports for easy future reporting (select the saved report from the drop down)
Function to schedule saved reports to send to specified email addresses at set intervals - daily, weekly (monday or sunday) and start of month + end of month

Tenders Admin
The Tenders Admin page is for users with the Tenders function activated, and this allows you to create a new tender, and view reports for previous tenders.
Functions available on the Tenders Admin page include:
Create a new tender, customising the name, length, minimum bid increment and adding selected vehicles and participants of the tender
Select the style of tender - silent or auction (see below for an explanation on styles)
View summary reports for any previously completed tender
Tender style can be set to SILENT or AUCTION, the options explained below:
Silent - The highest bid IS NOT visible, and when outbid nobody will be notified
Auction - The highest bid IS visible, and when outbid the highest bidder will be notified they have been outbid

Tenders
The Tenders page is to view received tenders, with vehicle details the same as the Evaluations page. You can also view a current/previous tenders.
Functions available on the Tenders page include:
Select a tender from the dropdown list to view all vehicles in that tender
View tenders you have sent or received
Click to view vehicle details, the same as the Evaluations page
Place price/bids on received tender vehicles
