Completing a New Evaluation

How to complete a new vehicle evaluation from either the Web Dashboard or the Mobile App.

From the Web Dashboard

1. Click "Evaluations"

2. Click "+ New Eval"

3. Enter the vehicle plate number and select the state - alternately, select the VIN option and enter the vehicle VIN.

4. Click "Load Vehicle"

Did You Know?

If this vehicle has been previously entered into EvalExpert within your Dealership / Dealership Group, you will see this alert.

5. Click "Confirm" if the vehicle has matched correctly or "No, Edit Vehicle" to modify.

6. Click to add or drag & drop your vehicle photos into the box.

7. Wait for all the photos to upload.

8. Click "Next"

9. Confirm vehicle condition information, including;

  • Mileage (minimum required to proceed)

  • Reconditioning

  • Aftermarket

  • Vehicle Sighted

  • Spare Key

  • Service History

  • Vehicle Driven

  • Financed (including payout, payment and financier)

  • Notes

10. Enter optional notes.

11. Click "Next"

12. Enter the optional customer details.

13. Click "Complete Eval"

14. Done! All manager level users are automatically notified of the new evaluation.


In the Mobile App

1. Tap "New Eval".

2. Scan or enter the vehicle plate number and state - alternately, select the VIN option and scan the vehicle VIN.

Tap "Next".

Did You Know?

If this vehicle has been previously entered into EvalExpert within your Dealership / Dealership Group, you will see this alert.

3. Tap "OK" if the vehicle has matched correctly or "Edit" to modify.

4. Add photos of the vehicle. Tap "Take a New Picture" or "Upload from Library".

For this example, we will take photos using the device camera

5. Tap the white circle to take each photo

This will also display the number of photos you take.

6. Once you are finished taking photos, tap the tick in the top right of the screen.

7. Tap "Next".

Tip!

You can markup each image using the pencil icon on any of the image tiles, great for highlighting damage or adding comments to images.

8. Confirm vehicle condition information, including;

  • Mileage (minimum required to proceed)

  • Reconditioning

  • Aftermarket

  • Vehicle Sighted

  • Spare Key

  • Service History

  • Vehicle Driven

  • Financed (including payout, payment and financier)

  • Notes

9. Once you have added all the vehicle condition detail, tap "Next" (or use the next arrow in the top right corner of the screen).

10. Done! All manager level users are automatically notified of the new evaluation.
