New Auction Listing on Dealer Marketplace

How to list an existing evaluation as an auction listing on the EvalExpert Dealer marketplace.

From the Web Dashboard

2. Click "Evaluations"

3. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

4. Click "List on Marketplace"

5. Confirm description, mileage and registration.

6. Confirm photos.

You can drag and drop photos to change the order, or add more images to the marketplace listing. This will not affect the original evaluation.

7. Click "Next"

8. Confirm vehicle Condition, there are 2 options:

  • Showroom Ready

  • As Traded / Reconditioning Required

9. Confirm if there there any engine lights on?

10. Confirm the number of keys.

This field will auto populate from the original evaluation.

11. Confirm vehicle service history.

This field will auto populate from the original evaluation.

12. Confirm Estimated Reconditioning Spend.

These fields will auto populate from the original evaluation.

13. Add any condition notes.

Tip!

You can click to "Copy Notes from Evaluation" to automatically copy the original evaluation notes to this marketplace listing.

14. Click "Next"

15. Select the "Listing Type" Auction.

16. Set the reserve.

17. Confirm the "Vehicle Location (Suburb)".

A google maps address validation dropdown will appear to match the suburb/location.

18. Set the "Auction Length" in Days, and / or Hours and Minutes.

19. Set the "Bid Increment".

This field will auto populate based on the reserve, this can be adjusted manually.

20. Click into the "Listing Description" field and add any listing notes.

This will appear at the top of the listing and will be the first thing buyers will see.

21. Click to agree to EvalExpert's arbitration policy and terms of business.

22. Click "List Car"

Tip!

Select "Save as Defaults" to make it quicker to go live with a listing next time, this will remember your current selections for the below:

  • Vehicle Condition (either Showroom Ready or As Traded)

  • Selection to "Copy notes from original evaluation"

  • Listing Type (either Auction or Buy Now)

  • Vehicle Location (Suburb)

  • Auction Length (Days, Hours, Minutes)

  • Listing Description text

  • Agreement to arbitration policy and terms of business.


In the Mobile App

1. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

2. Tap "Share".

3. Tap "List on Marketplace".

4. Tap here to edit the vehicle description if required.

5. Tap here to add more photos from your device library if required, or tap the "x" icon on each image tile to delete a photo.

6. Tap here to confirm the vehicle condition, there are 2 options:

  • As Traded

  • Showroom Ready

7. Tap here section to add reconditioning if required, it will automatically populate from the original evaluation.

8. Tap in the blank space next to each field to enter or change the reconditioning amount as required.

9. Tap each section to modify the following as required, it will automatically populate from the original evaluation:

  • Engine lights

  • Number of Keys

  • Service History

  • Additional Notes

10. Tap here to select the listing type Auction.

11. Tap here to confirm listing details, including:

  • Price (Reserve)

  • Listing Duration

  • Bid Increment

12. Tap here to confirm the Vehicle location (Suburb).

13. Tap here to list the car on the Dealer Marketplace.

Tip!

Select "Save as Defaults" to make it quicker to go live with a listing next time, this will remember your current selections for the below:

  • Vehicle Condition (either Showroom Ready or As Traded)

  • Selection to "Copy notes from original evaluation"

  • Listing Type (either Auction or Buy Now)

  • Vehicle Location (Suburb)

  • Auction Length (Days, Hours, Minutes)

  • Listing Description text

  • Agreement to arbitration policy and terms of business.
