From the Web Dashboard
1. Click "+ New Eval"
2. Click "Manual"
3. If the vehicle details are not selectable from the dropdowns, tick "Private Import" to manually type all fields.
4. Confirm the required information for each field.
5. Click "Next".
6. From here you can complete the evaluation as normal.
In the Mobile App
1. Tap "+ New Eval"
2. Tap "Manual Entry".
3. If the correct vehicle details are not selectable from the dropdowns, tick "Private Import" to manually type all fields.
4. Make & Model lists now have a "+" icon to tap and manually add a Make or Model description.
5. All other fields are free text, allowing you to type information freely.
6. Confirm the required information for each field.
7. Tap "Next".
8. From here you can complete the evaluation as normal.

Beginning the Evaluation
Scan or enter the vehicles registration number and registration state, alternately select the VIN option and scan the vehicles VIN.
Next you will be prompted to confirm vehicle details.
Complete Unknown Details of Non-Supported Vehicle
When prompted with the 'Confirm Details' message, all information on the vehicle will require manual input. Press the 'Private Import' tick box in the top right corner, then input the required information in the fields (leaving 'Build Month' field blank). Select the vehicle Year, then Make, then Model (if the model is not shown in the list, press the + button to allow manual free text entry and type the model information).
Repeat the manual input process for all other required fields on the 'Car Details' screen then press the 'Next' button or forward arrow to progress to the next screen - complete the eval as normal with mileage, reconditioning etc.
Note: For Commercial vehicles or Motorbikes etc, it is only possible to manually add an evaluation to EvalExpert if the manufacturer is also a vehicle manufacturer and can be selected from the dropdown list of manufacturers.
