Exporting an Evaluation to Titan

How to export an evaluation to Titan DMS from the Web Dashboard and the Mobile App with the Titan DMS API Integration.

From the Web Dashboard

2. Click "Evaluations"

3. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

4. Ensure the below customer details are entered:

  • Full Name

  • Location ID (this is your dealerships Titan DMS location ID)

Failure to enter these details will prevent the appraisal from being exported to Titan.

5. Click "Export"

6. A success message will confirm that the appraisal has been added to Titan and the relevant appraisal ID.

7. To check if the evaluation was successfully sent to Titan, click "Events & Logs"

8. For a successful export, you will find "Evaluation successfully pushed to Titan (Appraisal ID: #)"


In the Mobile App

1. Find and tap on the evaluation from the list.

2. Tap "Customer" tab

3. Ensure the below customer details are entered:

  • Full Name

  • Location ID (this is your dealerships Titan DMS location ID)

Failure to enter these details will prevent the appraisal from being exported to Titan.

4. Swipe left on the evaluation from the list, tap "Export"

5. A success message will confirm that the appraisal has been added to Titan and the relevant appraisal ID.
