Exporting an Evaluation to PMDS

How to export an evaluation to Auto-IT PMDS from the Web Dashboard and the Mobile App with the Auto-IT API Integration.

From the Web Dashboard

2. Click "Evaluations"

3. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

4. Ensure the below customer details are entered:[[ ]]

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Failure to enter these details will prevent the appraisal from being exported to PMDS.

5. Click "Export"

6. A success message will confirm that the appraisal has been added to PMDS.

The Contact ID corresponds to the customer's C.card number.

7. To check if the evaluation was successfully sent to Auto-IT, click "Events & Logs"

8. For a successful export, you will find "Appraisal added or updated to PMDS. Appraisal ID: # Contact ID: #"

For a failed export, you will find "Evaluation export to Auto-IT failed"


In the Mobile App

  1. Find the evaluation in the list.

2. Ensure the below customer details are entered:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

Failure to enter these details will prevent the appraisal from being exported to PMDS.

3. Swipe left on the evaluation from the list and tap "Export".

4. For a successful export, you will find "Appraisal added or updated to PMDS. Appraisal ID: # Contact ID: #"


In PMDS

1. The valuation is now linked to the customer's opportunity in WebCRM

2. The evaluation can be linked to a proposal or deal by entering the registration number in the "Enter Trade-In Details" section.
