Exporting an Evaluation to UNITS

How to export an evaluation to Auto-IT UNITS from the Web Dashboard and the Mobile App with the Auto-IT API Integration.

From the Web Dashboard:

2. Click "Evaluations"

3. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

4. Navigate to the "Customer" section and click "Edit"

This is for an existing evaluation - for a new evaluation, customer section will be accessible before finalising the evaluation.

5. If the prospect already exists in UNITS, click the "Auto-IT Prospect" dropdown and select the prospect

If the prospect does not exist in UNITS, type the customer details in the above customer fields and then choose "Create a new prospect" from the "Auto-IT Prospect" Dropdown

This creates the prospect in UNITS and attaches the evaluation.

6. Click "Save"

7. To check if the evaluation was successfully sent to Auto-IT, click "Events & Logs"

8. For a successful export, you will find "Evaluation exported to Auto-IT - Appraisal #"

9. For a failed export, you will find "Evaluation export to Auto-IT failed"


From the App:

1. From within the Evaluation, Click "Customer" Tab.

2. This is where you will find the "Auto-IT Prospect" dropdown.

3. If the prospect already exists in UNITS, click the "Auto-IT Prospect" dropdown and select the prospect.

4. If the prospect does not exist in UNITS, type the customer details in the above customer fields and then choose "Create a new prospect".

This creates the prospect in UNITS and attaches the evaluation.
