1. From the EvalExpert Web Dashboard
2. Click "Evaluations"
3. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.
4. Click "Transfer".
5. Select the user to transfer the evaluation to from the dropdown list.
6. Click "Transfer"
7. Click "OK"
