User Setup for Your Titan DMS API Integration

A guide on the final step of setting up the Titan DMS integration - mapping the Titan DMS user to the EvalExpert user on the Web Dashboard

From the Web Dashboard

2. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then "Eval Settings"

3. Click "Users List" tab.

4. If there is more than one dealership in your group, from the dropdown select the dealership the user belongs to.

5. Find the user in the list and click the yellow "edit" icon.

6. Select the Titan DMS user from the dropdown.

7. If the user is not displaying in the dropdown, try resyncing the Titan User List by clicking the button.

8. Click "Save"

9. For a successful save, you will see a message "Titan DMS User Linked Successfully"
