An overview of the EvalExpert Settings page.

Login to the EvalExpert Web Dashboard

To use the web dashboard; click here or go to to www.evalexpert.com, then select login.

Go to Eval Settings page

  1. Click your name in the bottom left

  2. Choose 'Eval Settings'


Settings Overview

'Eval Settings' screen allows you to update the below:


Company

The 'Company' screen allows you to update the below:

  • Company Name

  • ABN/VAT

  • Dealer License Number

  • Logo

  • Country

  • Address

  • Dealer Contact Name, Number & Email

  • DMS Name


My Account

The 'My Account' screen allows you to update the below:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Password


Dealer

The 'Dealer' screen allows you to update the below:

  • Dashboard Statistics "Traded" Date

    • Dashboard statistics can be either based on the date the evaluation was completed, or the date it was marked as traded

  • Auto PPSR

    • A PPSR check will be done on every new evaluation

  • Auto CarHistoy

    • CarHistoy report will be generated automatically for every new evaluation


Web Integration

The 'Web Integration' screen allows you to update* your Dealer Website Integration preferences, including:

  • Button Text

    • This is the text on the button for the modal. Default is "Trade In Valuation"

  • Submit Title

    • This is the title of the last page. Default is "Success!"

  • Submit Text

    • This is the text from the last page. Default is "Thank you for submitting your vehicle details..."

  • Pricing

    • Show a price range to customers after submission

  • Adjusted Pricing

    • Show a price range which is adjusted by the vehicle's kilometers

* These settings will only display after you have activated the Dealer Website Integration function.


Eval Links

The 'Eval Links' screen allows you to update the template for the message received by your customers when sending an EvalLink for remote appraisals, you can dynamically bind any of the following values to your message:

  • Customer Name: by inserting {customer} to the template.

  • Sales Person Name: by inserting {salesPerson} to the template.

  • Dealer Name: by inserting {dealer} to the template.

  • Eval Links: by inserting {link} to the template.

Tip! Use this to change the message template when you have a sale event, or to remind customers to include plenty of photos.


Users List

The 'Users List' screen allows you to manage your accounts user access, including:

  • Invite New Users

  • Modify User Access

    • Pricing or Manager Level

  • Transfer Users Between Group Accounts

  • Delete a User
