If you have the below error message, or find the "Share with EvalExpert User" list empty, you must allow the EvalExpert app access to your contacts in your phones settings for the app to access and display your contacts for sharing. 

To do this on iPhone: Go to Settings > EvalExpert and allow contacts access by changing the contacts toggle so that the switch is green.

To do this on Android: Go to Settings > Apps (or Application Manager) > Permissions.

Then select the EvalExpert App and allow 'Contacts' access for the EvalExpert app.

NOTE: To get the most out of EvalExpert, we recommend allowing full permissions for the app - this ensures all features available in the app function correctly.
