Not Receiving Notifications For New Evaluations or Pricing Updates

Notifications Issue

Not receiving a price update notification or new/shared eval notification. This issue is caused by permissions restricted on the device.

You must turn on notifications for the EvalExpert app to notify you of new evaluations or pricing updates.

The Solution

iPhone

To do this on iPhone: Go to Settings > EvalExpert > Notifications.

Change the 'Notifications' toggle so that the switch is green. Then select any notifications preferences as required.

Android

To do this on Android: Go to Settings > Notifications.

Then select the EvalExpert App and allow notifications, then set any notification preferences as required.

NOTE: To get the most out of EvalExpert, we recommend allowing full permissions for the app - this ensures all features available in the app function correctly.
