Changing a Users Evaluation Access Levels

How to change the access level of an existing user between Sales Executive > Manager.

2. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then "Eval Settings"

3. Click "Users List" tab.

4. If there is more than one dealership in your group, from the dropdown select the dealership the user belongs to.

5. Find the user in the list and click the yellow "edit" icon.

6. Click the "Manager" button to select the required access level for this user.

There are 2 levels of access:

  • Manager: Can see all users evaluations within the account they belong to, if this is a group account, they can also see all evaluations in any sub-accounts and will also now have a "Group Evals" tab.

  • Non-Manager: Default access level for Sales Executives - can only see their own evaluations.

7. Click "Save"

Done!
