1. From the EvalExpert Web Dashboard
2. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then "Eval Settings"
3. Click "Users List" tab.
4. If there is more than one dealership in your group, from the dropdown select the dealership the user belongs to.
5. Find the user in the list and click the yellow "edit" icon.
6. Click the "Pricing Access" dropdown to select the required pricing access for this user.
There are 3 levels of pricing access:
Full Pricing Access: Standard access for Managers - can see all pricing, can add final price, can add back end pricing, can see incoming shared prices.
Read Only pricing: Standard access for Sales Executives - can only see final price set by a manager user, cannot see backend pricing, cannot add prices.
All Pricing Hidden: Cannot see any prices, cannot add prices.
7. Click "Save"
