Tip!
Naming your tender to include the type of tender / dealer name and the date, for example "Dealer Name Wholesale DD/MM" will help you easily recognise separate tenders in the future and make it easier for your buyers as well.
12. Choose your preferred tender "Style", there are 2 options:
Silent: Nobody will see the highest bid, nobody will be notified if they are outbid. This is a Blind Tender style.
Auction: All bidders can see the highest bid amount (not the bidder’s name), highest bidder will be notified if they are outbid with ability to set reserve price. This is a standard auction style.
13. Choose your reserve preference, there are 2 options:
Without reserve
Set a reserve for each car
If you opt to set a reserve for each car, also choose the "Reserve Bidding" option to either "Allow bidding below reserve" or "Bids must be at reserve or higher".
14. Choose the completion method, there are 2 options:
Auto Sell to Highest Bidder: The highest bidder will automatically be notified that the car has been sold to them if their bid is more than the reserve price.
Manual Confirmation: Each sale winner will need to be individually marked. This allows you to manually process each bid on each vehicle. Bidders will not be notified they are successful until you process the vehicle.
16. Review the cars in the tender on this step.
Easily remove any vehicles from the tender using the x icon next to each vehicle.
Tip!
You can create a bundle/batch of vehicles within the tender for participants to bid on, they will be bidding on all vehicles within this batch/bundle.
