This guide assumes you have already added all the vehicles to your Private Tender pending list and are ready to go live with your tender.
1. Click "My Marketplace".
2. Click "Private Tenders"
3. Click "+ List Cars" button.
4. If you manage more than one Tender, click the "Sale Type" field to select the required Tender - each can have it's own recipient list.
5. Click "View Participants"
6. Scroll to the bottom of the participant list and click into the "Email" field.
7. Add the new participants email address and click "Invite"
8. The invited participant will receive an email invitation to join, they need to click on the link in the email to join.
9. The invited participant will move to the "Pending Invites" list until they have registered an EvalExpert account and joined your tender.
