1. From the EvalExpert Web Dashboard
2. Click "Evaluations"
3. For each vehicle you want to add to your Private Tender, click the "Trolley" icon.
4. Repeat for each vehicle as needed.
The icon will turn blue when the vehicle has been added to the Private Tender pending list.
Tip!
You can preview all vehicles in the Pending Tender list by clicking the Trolley icon at the top of the page.
5. Now all the vehicles have been added, click "My Marketplace" to begin the setup of your Private Tender.
6. Click "Private Tenders"
7. Click "+ List Cars" button.
8. Complete all step 1 options.
9. Click "Next" to proceed to step 2.
10. Click "Create Bundle"
11. Select vehicles you want to add to a bundle.
12. Click "Accept Cars"
13. You can add multiple bundles/batches by repeating this step.
To add another bundle/batch of cars, click "Create Bundle" again.
14. Select cars for the next bundle/batch.
15. Click "Accept Cars"
16. Separate bundles will show here for your review.
17. Click "Next" to proceed to step 3.
18. You can review a summary of the tender before going live here, including:
Duration
Total number of vehicles
Number of participants
You can also add notes for this tender or schedule the tender for a future date/time.
19. Click "List Now"
All participants are automatically notified via email and push notification in the EvalExpert app.
