Internal Group Messaging

How to use the internal messaging feature on an evaluation

From the Web Dashboard

1. Click "Evaluations"

2. To send an internal group message about a specific evaluation, find and click on the evaluation from the list.

3. Click this icon.

4. Click into the chat box to send an internal message.

This message will be visible by all users within the account who have access to this evaluation.

5. To attach a file, click here.

6. To access previous or incoming messages, click here.

7. A list will display all of your chats.

8. To leave a chat, click this icon and then click "Leave channel".


In the Mobile App

1. To send an internal group message about a specific evaluation, find and tap on the evaluation from the list.

2. Tap "Share".

3. Tap "Internal Message".

4. The chat window will take a few seconds to load as it adds all the internal users.

5. To view the chat participants, tap here.

This message will be visible by all users within the account who have access to this evaluation.

6. Tap here to return to the chat.

7. Tap here to add attachments.

8. You can add new photos from the camera, existing photos from your device library or files from your device / cloud storage.

9. To access previous or incoming messages, click here.

10. A list will display all of your chats.

Tap here to return to the main screen.
