Sharing an Evaluation to an EvalExpert User

1. Click "Evaluations"

2. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.

3. Click "Share Eval"

4. Click the "Search" field to search for contacts.

These users are your Existing contacts, they are matched from contacts saved in your phone who are also EvalExpert users.

To be able to view this list from your Web Dashboard, first you must open the "Share with EvalExpert User" option on your mobile device and give permission to access your device contacts.

5. Click to select contacts.

6. You can select multiple contacts to each share a copy of the evaluation.

Each recipient will receive their own copy of the evaluation and no visibility that the evaluation was shared with others.

7. Pre saved contact groups will display at the top of the list.

8. Click "Share Eval".

9. You can view the price set by external users in the pricing screen of the evaluation.

1. Find and tap on the evaluation from the list.

2. Tap "Share".

3. Tap "Share with EvalExpert User".

You will be prompted for access to your device contacts the first time you open this screen, so EvalExpert can view and sync your contacts with your account, you must approve contacts access to the app.

If you deny contact access, the contact list will be blank and you cannot use this function.

4. Tap the "Search" field to search for contacts.

5. Pre saved contact groups can be selected here.

Tapping the yellow star next to a contact in the list will favourite that contact, moving them to the top of your contact list for easier sharing.
