1. From any "Sign In" screen.
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Click the "Email address" field and type your EvalExpert account email address.
4. Click "Send"
5. Go to your email and click the "Reset Password" link in the email.
You will also be sent a password reset SMS to your mobile phone.
6. Click the "Password" field and enter your new password.
Repeat this for the "Confirm Password" field.
7. Click "Reset"
8. Return to the "Sign In" page and enter your email address and new password.
9. Click "Sign In"
