1. Click "Evaluations"
2. Find and click on the evaluation from the list.
3. Click "Forms"
4. Here you will see a list of your custom "Dealership Forms"
5. Click the required custom form.
6. This will generate the custom dealership document with all relevant evaluation information.
7. Easily print the custom document by using the built-in browser .pdf print function.
