1. From the EvalExpert Web Dashboard
2. Click "Marketplace"
3. Click anywhere on the listing.
4. Click "Place Offer"
5. Confirm payment arrangements in the "Payment" field.
6. Confirm transport arrangements in the "Shipping" field.
7. Click this checkbox to agree to EvalExpert's arbitration policy and terms of business.
8. Add any notes or comments you'd like the buyer to see in the "Offer Notes" field.
9. Enter your bid in the "Offer Amount" field.
10. Click "Confirm Offer"
