What is Share Chat?
The share chat feature allows users to chat between each other on shared evaluations, this chat is only between the sender and the recipient.

Share the Evaluation
Once an evaluation has been shared, the sharing user and receiving user can use the chat feature to send text, audio, video, contacts, location.
Users can also click-to-call each other using the phone icon.

How to Launch Chat on Shared Evaluations - Sender of Shared Evaluation
To open the chat click on the chat bubble icon (next to the contact you want to chat with) in the Pricing tab of the evaluation.
Each share can have its own individual chat room for conversation between the sender and receiver. For example, a dealer can share an evaluation with 4 external valuers, and have a separate chat with each of them.
You can also click-to-call the shared contact by pressing the phone icon in the Pricing tab next to the contact you want to call.
How to Launch Share Chat - Receiver of Shared Evaluation
For users receiving a shared an evaluation, chat is accessible through the main Vehicle tab. To open the chat click on the paper plane icon.
A recipient can share their copy of the evaluation onward again, and seek prices and chat with each of those onward shared users as described above in the Sending User section.
Sending Attachments
Send images, video, contacts, location and more using Share Chat. From within a chat, click the Paperclip icon in the bottom left of the screen to launch the attachment options and then attach as required.
Chat History
The chat history is stored against the shared evaluation, so anytime you want to review the chat, click the Chat icon inside that evaluation to open the chat and review.
Notifications & Filtering Unread Chats
New incoming chats will appear as a regular in-app notification on your device, so make sure you have Notifications enabled. They will also show on the main Evaluation feed as a small orange dot, indicating that evaluation has a new unread chat message. Additionally, you can filter Unread Chat from the Filter menu in the main evaluation feed.
