From the Web Dashboard
1. Click "Evaluations"
Search
2. Click into the "Search" field to use basic search.
3. You can search for an evaluation by the following criteria:
Vehicle identifiers including; VIN, registration number
Vehicle description including; year, make, model, colour etc
Salesperson / user name
or, any combination of the above
Advanced Search
4. To use "Advanced Search," click the button
5. Add Search tags like Make or Model one at a time (eg. Toyota, Nissan, Ford)
6. Click "Add" and repeat the above for as many tags as you want to include.
7. Use the price or mileage sliders to filter results even further.
8. You can remove individual tags by clicking on the "x" icon next to each tag.
Status Filter
9. Use the "Filter" to show only evaluations matching the set criteria.
10. Click "Filter" and choose from the dropdown.
Date Picker
11. To show evaluation results based on a date range, click the date picker in the top right of the screen.
12. Choose a preset date range, or select "Custom Range" and pick your start date and end date, then "Apply."
In the Mobile App
Search
1. Tap "Search".

10. To show evaluation results based on a date range, tap the "Select Date Range" in the "Advanced Search" screen.
11. Pick your start date and end date, then tap "Select."

12. Use the "Filter" to show only evaluations matching the set criteria.
13. Click "Filter" and choose from the dropdown.
