In the Mobile App
1. From the photo screen, tap "Take a New Picture".
2. Tap the white circle to take each photo. This will also display the number of photos you take.
3. Frame each section of the vehicle in the image guides on screen.
This ensures that Damage AI has multiple photos with each of the same panel to compare for processing.
4. After you have completed all exterior photos, continue to take other images as required; including wheels, interior, books, keys, damage etc.
You should have a minimum of 17 photos outside the vehicle.
5. Once you are finished taking all photos, tap the tick in the top right of the screen.
6. Tap "Next".
7. You will see a Damage AI processing screen, indicating

8. If the checks are OK, tap "Next".
9. Image quality check errors will display here, you can choose to edit the photos as required, or continue anyway.
10. Car angle coverage check errors will display here, you can choose to "Take the Images" as required, or continue anyway.
11. Pressing "Next" with errors on image checking will display this prompt, you can choose to:
"Continue Anyway" (will process Damage AI but results may not be reliable).
"Skip Damage AI" (will not process Damage AI on this evaluation).
12. Continue to complete the evaluation as normal.
