Generating a Standalone PPSR

Running a standalone PPSR search, without an evaluation

From the Web Dashboard

1. Click "PPSR & Car History"

2. Click "New PPSR"

3. Enter the vehicle registration plate and state, or the VIN (if unregistered)

4. Click "Run PPSR"

5. A summary of all PPSR searches and the status is shown in the list.

6. Click this icon to view the PPSR certificate.

7. This icon indicates the status of PPSR watch.

  • Orange stopwatch icon indicates watch is valid for up to 14 days (you will be notified of any changes to the encumbrance status within 14 days).

  • Green stopwatch icon indicates the PPSR status has changed (recommend generating a new PPSR search to confirm the status).

  • Grey stopwatch icon indicates the PPSR watch has ended (generate a new PPSR to watch for another 14 days).

8. Click this icon to generate a new PPSR search on this vehicle.

4. Enter the vehicle registration plate and state, or the vehicle VIN (if unregistered)

5. Click "Run PPSR"

6. A summary of the status is shown, you can also click "Show PPSR" to open the .pdf and view the certificate.
