Customising the EvalLinks Message Template

How to change the message a customer receives for EvalLink remote evaluations.

2. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then "Eval Settings"

3. Click "Eval Links" tab.

4. Dynamically bound fields will automatically add the live data including:

  • Customer

  • Sales Person

  • Dealer Name

  • Link (the URL for the EvalLink)

5. Click into the "Message Template" field and adjust the EvalLinks message as needed.

6. The "Message Preview" box on the right will display how your message will be seen by a customer.

7. When you're finished making changes, click "Save"

Done!
